Ski Racers End a Stellar Season on the Podium

It was another stellar season for ski racers at Grammar. The Intermediate Girls won the Capital Region Banner and won Silver at the Provincial Competition. The Intermediate Boys successfully defended Grammar's title as Provincial Champions. Evan Ross won the individual gold medal and Connor Keefe won the individual silver medal.The Senior Girls won the Capital Region Banner and won Silver at the Provincial Competition.
It was another stellar season for ski racers at Grammar. The Intermediate Girls (Katie Waller-10th, Julie Mosher, Julia Waddy, Ella Keefe-11th and Claire Neilson-9th-spare Aya Kamal) won the Capital Region Banner and won Silver at the Provincial Competition. The Intermediate Boys (Grant Keefe, Ian Keefe, Connor Keefe, Evan Ross  and Will Blunden) successfully defended Grammar's title as Provincial Champions. Evan Ross won the individual gold medal and Connor won the individual silver medal. Ian Keefe, with an injury, finished in 5th place, and Grant Keefe, racing against boys as much as five years older than him, finished in 6th place. The Senior Girls (Amy Minnikin, Frankie Gnann, Tara Sverko, Leah Morris and Christine Moore-spares Seasy Huang and Erica Weigand) won the Capital Region Banner and won Silver at the Provincial Competition. Leah Morris finished in 4th place provincially and Tara Sverko finished in 11th.  Senior Boys were represented admirably by Alex Peapell, Faisal Rshaidat, and Andrew Linton, with Andrew qualifying for provincials as an individual and finishing in 12th position.
